1. Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items Excluded from Return:

  • Personalised items (e.g., shirts with custom names or numbers).
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or drink).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at commercial@accringtonstanley.co.uk with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Include your proof of purchase and ensure the original tags and packaging are intact.

  3. Send Your Return: Return the item(s) to the following address:

Please note: The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at commercial@accringtonstanley.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly. Once confirmed, we will cover the cost of returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
